When a Child is Born 

A ray of hope frickers in the sky

하늘엔 한줄기의 희망의 빛이 보이고

A tiny star light up way up high

작은 별들도 저 높은 곳에서 빛내며

All a cross the land dawans a brand new morning

온 세상에서 새 아침이 밝아 오면

This comes to pass when a child is born

이런 일들은 한 아이가 태어 날때 일어나지요

A scilent fish sails the seven seas

바다 속의 고기들도 7 대양을 헤엄치고

The winds of change whisper in the tree
변화를 알리는 산들 바람이 나무잎들에게 속삭이며

 

And the walls of doubt crumble tossed and torn

의심의 벽들이 산산이 부서지고 찢어져 내리면

This comes to pass when a child is born

한 아이가 태어날 것이라는 새로운 징조이죠

A rosy dew settles all a round

장미빛 이슬이 온 세상을 뒤 덮고

You got the feel you`re on solid ground

마치 견고한 대지 위에 우뚝 서있는 것 같으며

For a feel up too no one　 seems for iong

가슴아파 한 것들이 오랜동안 보이지 않는 것 같아

Soliloquy 독백

 

 

And all of this happens because the world is witing
세상이 기다리고 있는 이 모든 일들 때문에(한 아이가 태어난 일들)

 

Waiting for one child

한 아이를 기다리고 있는

Black, white, yellow, no one knows

흑, 백, 황, 그 어떤 색의 피부로 태어날른 지는 아무도 알 수 없지만.

But a child that will grow up

그 아이가 자라게 되면

And turn tears to laughth, hate to love,

war to peace and eveyone to neighbour

눈물이 웃음, 증오가 사랑, 전쟁이 평화로 바뀌어 한 이웃으로 될겁니다.

지금은 이 모든 것들이 한낱 꿈에 불과 하지만

 

It must come true sometime soon somehow

언젠가는 꼭 이루어 질 것입니다.
